The Barsodi’s!

We had an awesome holiday with lots of family! The week of Christmas we had some snow…it was really pretty! My parents, sister, Chloe and Cricket drove up for the week to celebrate with us! It was so great to have them here…but the week went by way too fast!

We had Christmas Eve dinner here at our place and John’s parents joined us too! Then on Christmas day we headed over to John’s sister’s place for brunch! It was nice to have the whole family together for the holiday!

Since we stayed here in Sparks this year we missed seeing all our extended family in So. Cal.! Hope everyone had a very merry holiday!! Here are some pics from our CHRISTMAS!!

So we had so much snow last night all schools were cancelled today…it was a SNOW DAY!!! John ended up being home as well since he pulled an all nighter for work. We went out in the snow for a bit to get Starbucks of course! Then we borrowed John’s dads snow blower to clear the driveway and sidewalks… because we got about 8 inches of snow!!! We also let the dogs run around the backyard and they loved the it! Here are some pics of our first big snow dump this season!!

We spent Thanksgiving this year at my Aunt and Uncles place in Oxnard. It was a great day visiting with family!! Here are some pics of our turkey day! Hope yours was special too!

While down in So. Cal. my family and I got to go to Disneyland!! It was so much fun! It was all decorated for the holidays! We went the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and to our surprise it wasn’t crowded…it was wonderful!! It was my parents, my sister, her boyfriend and I. John was back in Reno working until Thanksgiving, so he didn’t get to go! Don’t worry it didn’t hurt his feelings…D-land isn’t his thing! Here are some pictures from the day!

So yes I was on vacation again! I was off for four weeks this time. I spent half the time here at home in Sparks and the other half down in So. Cal. visiting with family and friends. It was a great break…it just went by way too fast. We drove down to Orange County so the dogs could make the trip too!

During our visit in So. Cal. we visited with family and friends, went to Disneyland and had Thanksgiving at my aunt and uncles place in Oxnard. I will post pics soon of all the fun stuff…check back soon!
