Christi’s Bachelorette Weekend Bash!!

So last weekend I flew down to So. Cal. to celebrate my cousins bachelorette. There were about 15 girls who made it down to Palm Dessert for the weekend. We had a great time dancing, drinking, and girl talk!! We also hungout at the pool and spa…it was an awesome weekend! I got to spend time with my sister and cousin…it was great! I’m so excited and happy for Christi and Scott! I look forward to their wedding in August…I love them very much!! Here are some pics from this weekend!

Heenan Baby Shower

Last weekend we helped host a baby shower for Robin and Paul at our house. It was a lot of fun and we had a great turnout…there were about 28 adults and 3 little ones! We are so very excited for them and we can’t wait to meet baby boy Heenan this summer!!! Here are some pics from the shower…enjoy!

For Easter we went to Brunch at Red Hawk Golf Club…it was lovely! We got to see John’s dad, sister Carrie, her husband Scott and their two girls Mason and McKenna. It was a beautiful sunny day! God is good!

Again…yes…again I’m off for four weeks! Ahhh the life of a teacher! Anyways I spent about 8 days of my break down in So. Cal. visiting family and catching up with some friends. It was a nice trip. Here are some pics!

We decided to stay in on Valentine’s day this year. We made a nice little dinner and watched a video. John did score points by bringing me home some beautiful roses! We went out a couple days later to a very romantic dinner at the Melting Pot…it was yummy!

We celebrated my b-day with a sushi dinner and game night. All of our close friends were able to make it which made it a special one! (Although I did miss my family!) I still can’t believe I’m 28 now!!! I feel so old! Ha!
